Delivery times may vary depending on the customer's location, courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including the correct mobile number and PIN code.

Darpan NX will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Once your order is dispatched, you may track your shipment using the tracking information provided by Darpan NX or our logistics partner.

5. Delivery Delays

Although we aim to deliver orders within the estimated delivery period, unexpected delays may occur due to logistics issues, weather conditions, natural events, public holidays, remote delivery locations, or other circumstances beyond our control.

6. Failed Delivery

If a delivery attempt fails because the customer is unavailable, provides an incorrect address, or does not respond to the delivery partner, additional delivery attempts may be made according to the logistics partner's policy.
